This kit is mainly used for small-scale extraction of genomic DNA from 🍌various cultured cells and conventional Gram negative and positive bacteria (some Gram positive bacteria may have unique structures and are not suitable for using this kit to prepare genomic DNA)
The silicon matrix membranes inside the centrifugal adsoꦇrption column are all made of specially designed adsorption membranes, with min꧃imal differences in adsorption capacity between columns and good repeatability.

● The DNA extraction pro🐻cess does not require phenol chloroform extraction and does not include ethanol precipitation steps
● Using a unique phase separation technique to remove proteins, the enti𝄹re purification process takes approximatel﷽y 50 minutes
● Multiple column rinsing steps ensure high purity of bacterial genome extraction. The typical OD260/OD280 ratio of the product DNA is 1.7-1.9, with a length of 50Kb ~100kb. It can be directly used 💫for PCR an💎d various enzyme digestion reactions
